The day of any roofing business owner is over-loaded by emails, messages, and phone calls. The modern devices make us hyper-connected and available for our customers 24/7, so we need to keep the “stand by” state all the time, even when we eat, meet or sleep.
Our minds need breaks for rest and recovery. That’s why the Roofing Insights team has decided to organize the first Insighters Retreat in the beautiful Odyssey Resorts and make it our tradition for years to come.
On an arrival day we will enjoy a welcome hike under the stars and relax in front of the fireplace. During the Day Hike the next day, we will explore the beauty of Minnesota's North Shore. Then we'll go on a guided Brewery Tour, followed by a Finnish Sauna and Therma Culture session.
Delicious meals, luxurious accommodations, and stunning views will help us recharge and reconnect. Larsmont Cottages on Lake Superior is an ideal place to celebrate the immense beauty and to make new memories.
